Linking Sections in Schoology

If you plan to sync your courses between Schoology and PowerTeacher Pro, you will want to link your classes first.

Learning Goal:
You will be able to link the sections of a course in Schoology.

Purpose:
By linking your courses, you can share uploaded resources, announcements, and assignments to several classes but only have to add the element one time! This saves you time and ensures that all sections have access to the same information.

​Steps for Linking Classes:

Click on the "Courses" dropdown.

Click "My Courses".

Select a course that has multiple sections.

Click the gear icon on the right.

Choose "Link Existing Sections".

Select which sections to link.

Click "Link Sections".
